No. 50% to start. 50% when you have approved the preview. If the 48-hour map is wrong, we stop.
Yes. That is Refresh — 69.000 ISK. Send the link and the texts. We rebuild the look, not a new shop.
One language is in the package. The second language is 19.900 ISK.
Only Store. You open the Shopify (or similar) account. We build the shop and send the steps. House and Line take orders by mail or phone.
You publish the files, or we walk you through Netlify Drop — drag the folder, add the domain. We do not keep your login.
If it is in the package, we correct the files before the second payment. Revisions are 1, 2 or 3 rounds — written, not endless chat.
About
Not an agency floor. Not a 400.000 kr proposal for five pages. A house on the internet: dark or light, quiet type, mobile, ready to send a client.
Work is remote from Iceland. Copy in English or Icelandic. Logo comes later if you do not have one — add-on 24.900 ISK.

Terms
BerindeSites sells fixed packages: House 79.000 ISK, Line 129.000 ISK, Store 199.000 ISK, Refresh 69.000 ISK. The price on the site is the price unless you add a listed add-on.
50% starts the work. 50% is due when you approve the preview. Files are yours after the second payment. Until then the preview is for review only.
Revisions are the number in the package (1, 2 or 3), as a written list. New pages, new shop features or new languages are add-ons.
You keep your domain, hosting and payment accounts. We do not take passwords. Store: you open the commerce account; we build the shop and the steps.
If the 48-hour map is rejected, work stops. The first payment covers that map. It is not refunded if you simply change your mind after approving the map.
These terms are a working agreement, not a substitute for a lawyer in your country.
Privacy
If you write to berimarket08@gmail.com or use the form, we receive your name, email and the message. We use it to answer and to do the job. We do not sell it.
The form opens your mail app. There is no account system and no newsletter list on this site.
If you send logo files and photos, we use them only for your project. After handover you own the site files we delivered.
Hosting and analytics after you publish are on the service you choose. Ask if you want no analytics at all.
